Terms of Service

Welcome to I'll Be There. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the I'll Be There mobile application and the website at illbethereapp.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Knox Adaptive Solutions LLC ("I'll Be There," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who Can Use the Service

Adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) may create and manage accounts and family groups on behalf of their families. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any family or activity information you add, including information about children in your care.

Minors may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian:

• Children under 13 do not create or hold their own accounts. A parent or guardian represents them within the Service and provides any required consent on their behalf.
• Teens aged 13 to 17 may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and any such account is created or authorized by that parent or guardian. Minors cannot hold organizing or administrative roles over a group.

If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for supervising your minor's use of the Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we protect children's information.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at the contact below if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload or share content that is harmful, harassing, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Family Groups & Children's Information

The Service lets you create and join private family groups and share activity information within them. You are responsible for the information you choose to share and for ensuring you have the right to share information about others.

When you add information about a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have that parent or guardian's permission to do so. You are responsible for deciding which family group members may see a child's activities and location, and for removing members or children when sharing should stop. You agree not to share a child's information with anyone the child's parent or guardian has not approved, and not to use any location or schedule information about a child for any purpose other than being present for that child as part of their family group.

Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of using the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content we provide, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the information you add, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you and your family group.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep schedules and locations accurate, we cannot guarantee the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly up to date. Always confirm important details with the activity organizer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'll Be There will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
